On our English pages, you often see the word "relationships". This is just sanitized language. On our English pages, "relationships" refers to what couples, when not sleeping, do in bed. Or, if so inclined, on the kitchen table.

English is a rather hypocritical language. Many words for natural bodily functions and processes have dirty connotations, and polite speakers like us have to go to considerable length to communicate meanings without naming them. But we nevertheless hope you get the point.

Yohimbe or yohimbine – which is better?

By Serge Kreutz

I have long been undecided on what would have the better effect: yohimbe, the bark, or yohimbine, the pharmaceutical.

I am now convinced that yohimbine, the pharmaceutical, is to be recommended over yohimbe, the bark.

The bark contains a good number of alkaloids, of which yohimbine is just one. Other indole alkaloids found in yohimbe bark are the yohimbine stereoisomers “-yohimbine” and allo-yohimbine, as well as ajamalicin, dihydroyohimbine, corynanthein, dihydrocorynanthein, and corynanthin (rauhinbin).

While some of the other alkaloids found in yohimbe bark have been suspected to aid in the bark’s function as aphrodisiac, their pro-relationships effect definitely is not as pronounced as the one of yohimbine. Other effects may be attributed to them.

Traditional uses of yohimbe bark are not limited to its pro-relationships effects. Yohimbe bark has also long been smoked or otherwise ingested to facilitate hallucinogenic experiences. I have tried smoking the bark. It doesn’t burn well, and as I am a non-tobacco smoker, I don’t have much tolerance for inhaling smoke. I smoked a mere quarter of a gram of the bark. It caused a mild nausea nothing pleasurable.

I have read sources on the Internet in which people with a history of “drug abuse” cooked some 7 teaspoons of bark as a tea. The word “tea” suggests that they didn’t ingest the cooked bark but just the water in which they tried to extract the bark.

But yohimbine is difficult to extract by boiling. In the industrial production of yohimbine, hydrochloric acid is used. Stomach acidity is needed to extract the yohimbe from ingested yohimbe powder. Yohimbe tea will not do.

I have tried the ingestion of about 1 teaspoon of finely ground yohimbe bark, simmered in orange juice under addition of about 1 gram Vitamin C. This was not a tea; there was no bark leftover. The ground yohimbe floated in the orange juice.

From this concoction, I had a mental effect that I usually do not feel from ingesting yohimbine tablets or yohimbe extracts. It gave me a headache. The genital effect was lesser.

On the other hand, sleep has been even more difficult after ingesting yohimbe bark instead of yohimbine, the pharmaceutical. From an honest 10 mg of yohimbine, I can have a pronounced pro-relationships effect and usually can find sleep some 20 hours later.

If I ingest raw powdered yohimbe bark in an amount small enough that it doesn’t give me a headache, I have very little pro-relationships benefit but may not be able to sleep for 24 hours or more. If I haven’t ingested the yohimbe bark in the morning right after getting up, this can add up to 36 or more hours without sleep.

For yohimbe bark, the sleep-prohibiting effect sets in at a dosage still too small for a pronounced pro-relationships effect, and it seems that yohimbe alkaloids other than yohimbine are harder to break down by my metabolic system. Therefore, I judge the synthesis of yohimbine as a clear progress.

I assume that the relationship between yohimbe bark and yohimbine is similar to the relationship between raw opium and morphine or heroin. I have never consumed heroin but have once been on morphine (for a tonsils operation), and I have once (in India) smoked opium. I have also talked to a number of addicts in Europe. They characterized morphine and heroin as much “cleaner” in its effect than opium. Smoking opium largely immobilizes, and opium smokers are drowsed. Those who do morphine or heroin usually are not. I get an idea when they characterize opium as “dirty” drug. It affects all kinds of bodily functions while morphine and heroin are said to just give a persistent orgasmic pleasure. (This is obviously no endorsement of morphine or heroin; one pays too dearly for a kick a few times.)

I have considerable experience with yohimbe bark, yohimbe extracts, and pure yohimbine. I, too, would describe yohimbine, the pharmaceutical, as “cleaner” in effect than yohimbe, the bark. Yohimbine is more concentrated on relationships effects, and it doesn’t give me a headache, or make me feel dumb. Not at all; rather it promotes mental alertness.

Obviously, yohimbe is more readily available in most countries than is yohimbine. In the US, yohimbe bark is sold in health food stores while yohimbine is a prescription drug. That’s a disadvantage to US consumers.

It’s a disadvantage not only because the effects of yohimbine are more specifically pro-relationships than the effects of the alkaloid mixture of the bark. It’s a disadvantage also because it is almost impossible to give proper dosage recommendations for the bark. If you use bark or bark extracts, you will always have to try, and often not have the desired effect because the dosage is too small; but you can’t start with a generous dosage either because you may accidentally just have a good specimen.

Even genuine yohimbe bark varies greatly in its content of yohimbine. It could be 1 percent, but it could also be considerably more or less. How much yohimbine is found in yohimbe bark depends, for example, on what time of the year it is harvested. Exposure to more rain is believed to increase the yohimbine content of yohimbe bark. Exposure to sunlight (after harvesting) is considered to have a negative effect on the yohimbine concentration.

Another problem is that what is sold as yohimbe bark is not always the bark of the Pausinystalia yohimbe (Corynanthe yohimbe) tree but also of the more common Pausinystalia macroceras tree. Even experts have a hard time to keep the two apart, and in West Africa, Pausinystalia macroceras bark is used as a substitute for Pausinystalia yohimbe bark in areas where the latter has become extinct due to over-exploitation. However, Pausinystalia macroceras bark is much lower in yohimbine content; instead it boosts a higher content of the related but largely ineffective alkaloid yohimbinine.

Sure, some yohimbe extract capsules may have a good yohimbine content. Luckily, the first ones I myself have tried were very effective on me. And I have never found a bark extract of similar strength. Many commercial products I tried later were largely ineffective.

Technical Resources International, Inc. reported: “Betz and coworkers (1995) investigated yohimbine in commercial yohimbe products. Gas chromatograph determinations were done on liquids and powders (from capsules and caplets). Virtually all the products tested did not specify on their labels that the product contained yohimbe bark extract. Concentrations of yohimbine in the commercial products ranged from >0.1 to 489 ppm, compared with 7089 ppm in the authentic bark material. Of the 26 products examined, nine contained no quantifiable amount of yohimbine; eight contained only trace amounts (0.1-1 ppm). The authors suggest that the absence of alkaloids in the products indicated that the original extraction was aqueous (because the alkaloids are not particularly water soluble), the extract was extremely diluted in the final dosage form, or no yohimbe bark was used to make the product.”

With yohimbe and yohimbe extracts, one never knows. Most yohimbe products are weak, but occasionally one gets a real strong one on which one can potentially overdose. You can’t go by the labels. The only way to know the strength of the capsules contained in a particular bottle is to try them (or to make a laboratory analysis). When testing a new yohimbe product, I always start with a very low dose, about half a capsule, and then work myself up to several capsules a time, depending on how well a lower dosage worked.

Yohimbe capsules standardized for a certain amount of yohimbine are now emerging on the market. One of the first standardized products was Twinlab’s Yohimbe Fuel for which they claim 8 mg of yohimbine per capsule.

Laboratories sell all kinds of yohimbe extracts, 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, or 1%, 2 %, 4 %. If you see a bottle that claims “Yohimbe Extract”, you don’t know nothing yet. How strong it is may depend on the logics applied by the manufacturer of the specific capsules. Some manufacturers may want to err on the safe side, so they use a weak extract; others may see a market for a brand name of yohimbe extract that actually works. So they may go for a strong extract.

One reason why I recommend yohimbine over yohimbe is that working with yohimbe will waste a lot of time. When you open a bottle, it will take three or four trials until you really can judge the contents. With yohimbine tablets you can be much more certain as to what to expect.

Good sex like crazy

By Serge Kreutz

For sexual enhancement, nothing beats a stack based on mucuna pruriens, the velvet bean.

Mucuna pruriens by itself already has a great reputation for heightening libido. The plant naturally contains L-dopa, which the brain converts into dopamine.

Mucuna pruriens can be used, and is used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, a chronic illness characterized by a lack of dopamine in the brain, causing movement impairments.

That is the one side of dopamine. The other side of dopamine is that it plays an important role in human sexual desire.

This is well documented. Extreme sexual motivation, even in men who have had zero sex life for two decades, is a known potential side effect of Parkinson’s medications. If you ever encounter a sex-crazed old man, a man whose sexual agitation warrants psychiatric attention, it's going to be a Parkinson’s patient on L-dopa.

Article continues below printscreens

Parkinson’s sufferers usually are put on synthetic L-dopa, combined with carbidopa to counteract the nausea that can accompany L-dopa. The dosages of synthetic L-dopa for Parkinson’s are up to 5 gram per day.

The effect of consuming 1 gram of synthetic L-dopa or 20 grams of mucuna pruriens containing 5 percent (1 gram) of L-dopa will be somehow different. This is the case because of numerous cofactors in mucuna pruriens.

Cofactors make a difference. Take for example opium. Opium contains about 12 percent morphine. But the effects of opium are much wider than the effects of the isolated morphine. While the physiological impact may be about the same, opium also makes for pleasant dreams.

Correspondingly, the 1 gram of L-dopa in 20 grams of mucuna pruriens has a more pronounced effect on libido than 1 gram of synthetic L-dopa. And more cofactors can be added by stacking other sexual enhancement herbals on top of the mucuna pruriens extract.

First stacking choice would be hormonal enhancers like tongkat ali and butea superba. Another hormonal libido support could be added in the form of fenugreek. And then there are vascular agents like kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) and boesenbergia rotunda (ton krachai) which translate libido into erections.

A great advantage of stacking regimens is that one can consume a large amount of nutrients that support different parameters of sexual function, and maximise effects while minimizing side effects. Side effects typically are an occurrence of a large dose of just one sexual enhancer, or, for that matter, any medicine.

Users of mucuna pruriens, or those interested in supplementing mucuna beans for brain health and sexual parameters, should be aware of the fact that great differences exist as to the quality of different mucuna pruriens strains and products.

The L-dopa content of mucuna pruriens samples investigated for the treatment of Parkinson’s varied from about 0.5 percent to more than 6 percent. See this study published by the US Institutes of Health:

But that's not yet it. In India, mucuna pruriens is planted as a feedstock, and these dirtcheap mucuna pruriens cultivars are practically void of L-dopa, with contents in the range of 0.1 percent.

What we sell is a Thai mucuna pruriens strain which is a direct descendant from wild mucuna pruriens, and in worldwide comparison, that's the strain with the highest content of L-dopa and libido-supporting catalytic cofactors.

Any mucuna pruriens that you can buy in American or European healthfood stores is most probably worthless for sexual enhancement. That is something anybody can easily test by oneself.

Dopaminergics in higher dosages, including high-dosage mucuna pruriens, have an emetic effect. In plain speak: they can induce nausea and vomiting.

This is so certain an effect that dopaminergics are used as emetics (drugs to induce vomiting) by physicians and vets.

For somebody not accustomed to mucuna pruriens, a large dosage of the genuine stuff will cause nausea. If it doesn't, then a lower dosage won't augment libido either.

Tongkatali.org's Relationships-negative feminism facilitating violent societies

By Serge Kreutz

There is a direct correlation between implementing policies of relationships-negative feminism and the level of violence human societies generate. And the more non-violent relationships conduct is defined as quasi-violence, the more will genuine violence ultimately be generated.

The policies, and social engineering, of relationships-negative feminism one way or another restrict the supply of female sexuality. A restricted supply favors women of a low relationships market value who see the value of their sexuality improved.

Beyond that, restricted supply always works for suppliers, in this case women in general. They can, for example, ask for more emotional commitment than men interested in relationships would otherwise be willing to invest.

Thus, large parts of a society’s women, especially those of declining relationships market value, will be against easy relationships. More specifically, they will be against prostitution. The pretense, as usually, is to protect women. The real motivation is to restrict relationships supply.

In whatever way female prostitution may be conceptionalized, with as many safeguards against actual violence as can be imagined, it is predictable that relationships-negative feminism will depict it as violence per se.

The final line of defense of relationships-negative feminists is that female sexuality is not a merchandise.

But of course it is. Female sexuality is a merchandise just as male emotional commitment is. The two are commonly traded against each other. Both are intangible assets.

Other traded assets are more tangible. Economic security, family situations of material stability, a financially comfortable life. Women have always traded them for relationships access. Relationships economics explains human interaction more accurately than any other theory.

Prostitution is relationships of comparatively low quality, and even in expensive countries, it’s comparatively cheap for men.

It is nevertheless potentially highly rewarding, in financial terms, for women as it requires very little investment of time per case.

Not all prostitution is forced. Prostitution isn’t forced per se. It is an acceptable decision of and for some women to trade sexuality for immediate financial benefits, rather than an uncertain long-term financial commitment.

Because prostitution typically affords female sexuality to men of low relationships market value who would otherwise go empty-handed and then go violent, prostitution, just like drug use, contributes to non-violence in human societies.

The imagination of relationships-negative feminism is that men will forever compete against each other to be granted a slice of the limited pool of female sexuality, and that even low-value female sexuality will have many bidders. And that the supply is so restricted that necessarily, a large number of men not only do not get what they dream of. They get nothing.

And relationships-negative feminists think that those men who get nothing will just try harder to please a woman, any woman.

That will not work. Losers will turn violent. One way or another.

Enlightened politics would sense a responsibility to somehow balance a society’s relationships economy. That is nowhere in sight. It’s politically not correct.

Tongkatali.org's Mysticism

By Serge Kreutz

Metaphysics, including Kreutz Metaphysics, need mystic perceptions. Felt truth that is deeper and wider, and more engulfing than scientific truth.

Because scientific truth itself operates on reduced parameters. On natural laws that apply in our universe, on an interpretation of reality that relies on the human cognitive apparatus.

But simple logic indicates that an expanding universe like the one we live in can expand only within a larger space. So, obviously, there must be an outside-of-our-universe, and different natural laws must apply, because otherwise, there would be an endless sequence of spaces within spaces, which doesn’t make much sense as a concept of reality.

It’s an idea on which all branches of German Philosophy since Kant have grown: that we cannot think outside of our minds, and that all objective rationalism is just an organized interpretation of the narrow perspective for which the human mind is equipped. No man can leap beyond his shadow, because wherever you jump, your shadow is there before you.

You can throw rationalism into the garbage bin, or, alternatively, just don’t take it seriously.

You can liberate your mind in mysticism. Escape from the confinement of your brain, and just feel like a speechless orgasm. That is what Kreutz Religion is about.

Butea superba in sports doping

By Serge Kreutz

Sports Doping and Nutrition, 2019

Doping in sports has a bad name. But what is doping, and what is not?

Lance Armstrong had testicular cancer that warranted treatment with certain medications. Some of these medications can be used to enhance performance in sports.

Actually, anything that puts an athlete at optimal health is performance enhancing.

Athletes treat infections with antibiotics. The antibiotics certainly help performance by eliminating performance-limiting obstacles.

Athletes of any specialty are typically very health-conscious. Their diets often include vitamins and supplements. And athletes use them for performance-enhancing properties.

What is doping, what is not? The boundary is hard to draw.

Athletes consult physicians on how to bring their bodies into optimal states to win in sports competitions. To ask physicians is an obvious choice. Physicians know human physiology. Physicians prescribe medications to improve or tilt homeostasis specifically for certain sports events. But what is improvement of health, what is doping?

High altitude training enhances the body’s ability to utilize oxygen. Some sports, like long-distance running, is dominated by athletes from high-altitude countries.

And in weightlifting, a stunted growth is often of advantage, and people from ethnicities where stunted growth is more common, tend to dominate.

Or look at Olympic swimmers, especially the women’s competition. Some participants who do well look like having a past of anabolics use. To say the least.

Butea superba (red kwao krua) enhances health. And not just that. It enhances hormonal health. But unlike doping with anabolic steroids, butea superba activates the whole hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.?

The effect is something like genetically derived high testosterone. And that’s beneficial for athletic performance and overall health, and in the mating arena, too.

Will butea superba be detected in anti-doping tests that target steroids use? Probably not. Anti-doping tests typically measure ratios of certain hormones related to the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.

In a 2008 scientific study named “The effect of butea superba roxb., a Thai traditional medicine, on endogenous steroid levels in males”, conducted by the Department of Pharmacology of the prestigious Thai Mahidol University in cooperation with the Thai National Anti-Doping Centre, it was found that the levels of endogenous steroids were raised, but their ratios were unchanged.

For the full study, see:

https://www.bisp-surf.de/Record/PU200909005112/RIS

Butea superba is well established in sports communities that enhance results by pharmacological means. Among scientifically-oriented, steroids-using bodybuilders, butea superba is commonly added to on-cycle stacks to avoid a complete shutdown of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis when using heavy calibers like Trenbolone, and for the purpose of maintaining libido when on “juice”.

Butea superba is also well-established for post-steroid cycle recovery, when there is a definite need to stimulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis to get back to normal hormonal profiles.

However, in sports that qualify for Olympic competition, the use of butea superba has so far been limited. Sure, butea superba isn’t in the a league with performance enhancers such as EPO or standard testosterone.

But a performance improvement of just 5 or 10 percent can make a difference between a medal or no medal. Even 2 percent can.

And butea superba’s function and classification as health supplement, not as drug, is of great advantage.

Butea superba doesn’t cause doping-positive results because hormonal profiles stays in natural delimitations, with natural hormonal ratios.

Tongkatali.org's Laws of proportionality

By Serge Kreutz

Currently, it is a common practice that parliaments pass laws after adverse events, and these laws are tailored to deal specifically with the eventuality of such events recurring. Subsequently, they curtail the personal freedom of a vast number of people, even though the probability of a similar adverse event is very small.

The chain of events typically runs like this.

1. There is an adverse event (a crime, a catastrophe).

2. The tabloid media and TV cover it, with a particular focus on stirring up emotions among the general population.

3. Politicians discover it as a topic to obtain front-page or prime-time media coverage, which is essential if they want to get elected.

4. Stringent new laws are passed, dealing with precisely this topic.

This is a bad practice. Basically, it means that the tabloid media and TV have an enormous leverage on the laws that are passed in a country.

It is bad practice, because these new laws are usually not in proportion to the penalties threatened in the general penal code of a country.

Typically, these new special laws threaten much stricter punishment, and sometimes they are even in conflict with older general laws. Proportionality is an important aspect in a legal system. But it is usually abandoned with ad hoc legislation after adverse events.

Many penal codes around the world specify that the punishment for rape and consecutive murder is the death penalty. If the victim is not murdered, the threatened punishment is considerably lighter.

If a criminal code is supposed to serve as a deterrent, then the above makes sense, because a rapist may let his victim live, just in order to avoid the risk of being put to death if caught.

If after a child rape case, new laws are passed that

1. define any relationships contact with a person under 18 as statutory rape, even if no violence was involved

and

2. all rape of minors is threatened by capital punishment, then sooner or later, victims of rape or statutory rape will be murdered, simply because perpetrators are aware of the fact that they face capital punishment anyway, regardless of whether they murder their victims or let them live.

In the heated, emotional climate that is created by the tabloid media after relationships crimes, no lawmaker will stand up and ask for a more lenient treatment of rapist that let their victims live, as the tabloid media would brand such an outspoken politician a supporter of rapists. And the lower the intelligence of an electorate, the fewer politicians one will find who dare to speak in favor of proportionality.

In some countries, simple murder carries 12 years, but selling 100 grams of marijuana carries the death penalty. Rape of a 19-year old carries 10 years, but fondling a 17-year old with her consent carries 20 years, and if the consenting girl is under 14, the death penalty.

In the US, corporate fraud now can earn executives prison terms of 100 years or more, and truth-in-sentencing campaigns make sure that such terms are not cut automatically into time spans that can be managed and offer hope, even though only money was involved, and no violence.

Furthermore, it was a longstanding principle of the justice systems of Western civilized countries that laws are valid for the territory over which a country and its lawmakers have jurisdiction. In the 1960s and 1970s, people laughed about the laws of countries like Libya that stipulated that Libyan laws are imposed on Libyans in other countries, even after they renounced their Libyan citizenship.

But meanwhile, relationships-negative Christian fundamentalists and relationships-negative feminists have succeeded in pushing extraterritorial laws through the US Congress, too. If American citizens or residents engage in lawful relationships conduct with a 17-year old partner in another country, they can be prosecuted in the US, where actually, they did nothing wrong. And they will be prosecuted even if they renounce their US citizenship.

The agenda of relationships-negative feminists possibly is revenge, and the agenda of relationships-negative Christian fundamentalists is simply to attack relationships wherever possible. They are not concerned about a sensible justice system.

For the benefit of a sensible, proportional justice system, lawmakers should be restricted by the constitution of a country from passing special criminal laws. Instead, they should be required to integrate new ideas of criminal prosecution into existing penal codes. There should be proportionality stipulations in a country’s constitution, and a Supreme Court should be compelled to assure that newly passed legislation is consistent with such stipulations on the proportionality of punishments.

To enhance the requirement for a proportionate system of legal penalties, a header paragraph for each group of crimes (crimes against public order, crimes against property, crimes against people) should specify a range of possible punishments, and the punishment threats of all further paragraphs dealing with the crimes of a particular category would have to stay within this range.

Only a legal system that is guided by principles of proportionality is in the benefit of the people, not one guided by the emotions stirred up by the tabloid media on topics that make the press sell more copies, and TV stations more ads.

Shortcomings are also in the democratic form of government which forces politicians to remain popular with a large number of uneducated and, let’s face it: rather stupid, people.

The best chance for an enlightened legal system would be found in a country ruled by an elitist party with a science-based ideology that emphasizes personal freedom as well as a proportional legal system, and both in as safe an environment as possible. For both, personal freedom and a proportional legal system depend much more on the character of those who rule than on the question of how they came to power.

Tongkatali.org's integrated male relationships success

By Serge Kreutz

Tongkatali.org provides an integrated service for male success, with a focus on East and Southeast Asia. Male success has a lot to do with male sexual success. Tongkatali.org sells sexuality-enhancing herbals with a proven scientific track record. This is our core operation.

But apart from that, Tongkatali.org is dedicated to the sexual success of our customers on a much wider scope.

Tongkatali.org, for example, offers consultation to customers on dental work and cosmetic surgery in Southeast Asia. This service is free for our customers, and can save them a lot of money and protect them from some bad experiences as well.

We often refer to our customers as members. For more than a decade, we have run formal memberships via sergekreutz.com. There were sexual function memberships and sexual opportunities memberships, both priced separately at 250 US dollars each. We have discontinued these, because there simply are too many phony consultation services around which use the same language.

As it stands now, anything related to information is free for members of Tongkatali.org (membership is automatic for those with an order history of 1000 US dollars or more for tangible items, mostly sexuality-enhancing herbals.

Some men are in lifelong exclusive sexual relationships. We respect and congratulate customers to whom this applies.

Most men are not made of such timber. Most men, and a large number of our members, have a profound interest in sexual variety.

For these men, if they are Westerners, East Asia has a lot to offer. Not only is the East Asian approach to physical relationships much more down-to-earth and open to negotiations. The age of men is also of much less relevance, if of any.

Tongkatali.org and Serge Kreutz started out in the early 1980s (around 40 years ago!) with travel guides on Southeast Asia. Unlike standard travel guides, these travel guides already did cover physical relationships. Travel guides nowadays never touch this topic.

Little has changed in Asia in 40 years. Of course, there are better roads, and now there is Internet. And immigration has become more complicated. But the mentality of the people up-country has changed amazingly little.

For members, Tongkatali.org provides free lifestyle advice, tailored for Western men considering moving to East Asia to achieve better physical relationships.

There is more. Tongkatali.org also trades domain names, and our members can rent unique motorhomes designed for Southeast Asian weather and infrastructure. These motorhomes are suited for couples or families going for extended holidays in Southeast Asia, and also for unattached men roaming isolated areas for physical adventures. Mind you: in Asia, the further away you get from modern, urban centers, the better your relationships will be.
