On our English pages, you often see the word "relationships". This is just sanitized language. On our English pages, "relationships" refers to what couples, when not sleeping, do in bed. Or, if so inclined, on the kitchen table.

English is a rather hypocritical language. Many words for natural bodily functions and processes have dirty connotations, and polite speakers like us have to go to considerable length to communicate meanings without naming them. But we nevertheless hope you get the point.


Yohimbe and sleep

For me, the worst side effect of yohimbe is that I cannot go to sleep for at least 20 hours after having ingested even just a small amount of the herbal.

This is not the case for all those who try yohimbe. Some people sleep perfectly normal, even after ingesting yohimbe just two or three hours before retiring. It’s the same group of people on whom yohimbe also doesn’t have much of a relationships effect.

However, in those subjects in whom yohimbe (the root) in dosages equivalent of 5 to 20 milligram yohimbine (the active ingredient) has a pronounced pro-relationships effect, the dosage needed for sleep avoidance is considerably less than the one for pro-relationships effects.

If yohimbe is taken daily, the sleep problem typically is worst on the first day.

My own approach is to take yohimbe on one day, and on the next day not to take any, as I really feel that I need yohimbe-undisturbed sleep in the second night.

Another approach (which I think is inferior because it diminishes the pro-relationships effect of yohimbe) is to take it every day for about a week or two, and then to take a few days off. When I followed this approach, I slept a lot on the off-days, up to 12 hours. On the first off-day, it may even have been 16 hours.

By taking yohimbe in cycles of a week or two, I achieve an almost normal sleep pattern after two or three days. In the first night of such a yohimbe cycle, I usually did not sleep at all. When I was lucky, I did get some sleep before noon on the next day. On the second day, I took my daily yohimbe dosage directly after having had a little sleep (as little as two hours). The next night, I got to sleep at 2 or 3 in the morning, and actually slept for five or six hours. On the third day, I would ingest my yohimbe only a few hours after waking up, to have the ingestion time closer to the most likely time for relationships intercourse. Sleep would still be light, but I could be quite sure that I would get some sleep. On following days, I would have an almost normal sleep pattern, so sleep would be light.

The crux with this approach is that I during such a course, the yohimbe loses its pro-relationships power. This of course defeats the logic of any yohimbe regimen.

I have tried everything I could think of in order to force sleep after taking yohimbe when not having ingested any on the previous day. Nothing really works.

The worst has been melatonin. After having ingested yohimbe, melatonin does nothing to get me to sleep. It just makes me feel drowsed until it is cleared from my system.

Kava-kava doesn’t induce sleep after yohimbe. But it does make me feel more relaxed while still being kept awake by the yohimbe.

A tea that contains valerian helps a little bit in falling and staying asleep after yohimbe usage. It doesn’t work all the time, though. But unlike melatonin, it doesn’t make me feel drowsed when it doesn’t induce sleep.

Valium, on the other hand, does make me feel typically valium-drowsed. It may force sleep for an hour or two, but I don’t find the Valium-induced sleep sufficiently regenerative. I prefer not sleeping for 20 hours after yohimbe ingestion over two hours of Valium sleep.

I have tried one herb that on the occasion of trying it did induce sleep. It also reverted the pro-relationships effect of yohimbe, so I do not see much wisdom in pursuing its use. I cannot even recommend it for inducing sleep, if just for the reason that this stuff is outlawed in many countries (but not the Netherlands). I’m talking about marihuana.

I have seen reports that actually promote marihuana as an aphrodisiac. But I have also read reports on alleged pro-relationships capacities on almost every herb, even such strong anti-relationships herbs as saw palmetto or pygeum. It’s usually obvious why claims to pro-relationships activities are made: people want to sell their wares.

In the case of marihuana, those who seek the weed’s legalization increasingly take the route of promoting the benefits of “medical marihuana” the use of marihuana to treat specific conditions, ranging from eye pain to epileptic seizures.

Wouldn’t it be great if marihuana also were of use to treat relationships dysfunction? As a viable alternative to sildenafil citrate, who would dare to prohibit its pharmacological use?

Fewer people would be enticed to support marihuana legalization if its pharmacological use shall be to dampen a patient’s libido. There are already enough dampeners on the market. Unfortunately, marihuana’s effect on relationships function is exactly this: to dampen it, which is not surprising for a sedative.

After marihuana use, a certain dumbness will engulf one’s body, described as being “stoned”. This dumbness also extends to the primary reproductive organ, making its proper use (and the enjoyment to be derived from that) more difficult.

But, as mentioned above: marijuana has some efficacy in putting you to sleep after yohimbe ingestion. (Don’t plan another round of pleasure after your smoke.)

Tumeric, tongkat ali and butea superba

A full relationships enhancement stack should include tongkat ali, butea superba, mucuna pruriens (velvet beans), krachai dam (black ginger), fingerroot, and fenugreek.



If you are in a stable relationship, you should also add tumeric, the world's most underestimated aphrodisiac.

Tumeric is underestimated as aphrodisiac because with no other sexuality enhancing herbal, it is equally important to know what to expect.



Does tumeric elevate testosterone? No, you use tongkat ali and butea superba for that.

Does tumeric heighten libido. I wouldn't say so. Not directly anyway. For libido you use mucuna pruriens, together with the tongkat ali and butea superba.

Does tumeric improve erections. Nope. That is the domain of krachai dam and fingerroot.

So, why you need tumeric, and why is it so suited for stable relationships relationships?

You have to know what to expect from tumeric.

On the face of it, tumeric is an orgasm delayer. That sounds like the opposite of an aphrodisiac, except for premature ejaculators.

But don't be so quick (with your judgment). Because it isn't that tumeric takes the excitement out of relationships, to a point where a man can't climax.

Much rather, tumeric extends the preorgasmic plateau phase. This plateau phase is pure pleasure.

Under normal conditions, the preorgasmic plateau just takes a few seconds. It's when you pass the point of no return.

But in a tumeric-modulated mind (about 3 grams or more of tumeric powder per day) the plateau phase can be several minutes, and you have amazing control over this plateau phase. So much control that after having spend a few minutes on the plateau phase, you may just decide to go without ejeculation.



When you are at this point, I would say you have had a dry orgasm: satisfaction without ejaculation.

If that doesn't sound like pure pleasure, just wait a moment.

And let me ask you whether you are in a stable (monogamous) relationship?

Because then, tumeric is ideal for you.

Why?

Because normal monogamous relationships, at least after a few years, are characterized by relationships-once-a-week, or even less frequently.

But if you consume rather generous amounts of tumeric, and decide not to ejaculate (dry orgasm), you do not need much of a refractory period.

You can have relationships the next day, and the next. Relationships every day, in a marriage of years.

This will have an enormous impact on the happiness of a marriage, especially if you also work on other parameters (testosterone - tongkat ali, butea superba, fenugreek; libido - mucuna pruriens; erection quality - krachai dam, ton krachai).

I would not say that tumeric is only for married couples, not even only for those in stable relationships, even though in a stable relationship, there will be enough intimacy to communicate why the male partner does not want to ejeculate (because:tomorrow again).

But there is another aspect to it. If a man uses tumeric in generous quantities, and has relationships with dry orgasms on many days in sequence, the production of seminal fluid is immensely potentiated.

When a tumeric user indeed has a wet, normal orgasm after many dry ones, be prepared that the bedroom will be flooded.

Take note, porn clip studs. This technic can make you produce cum quantities that will excite your director, and amaze your audience.


Cycling tongkat ali in a monotherapy

It is well established that tongkat ali has to be cycled. This is the case because of the negative feedback loops of the human body's hormonal system: increased levels of any hormone reliably trigger the hormone's down-regulation. This is why exogenous testosterone causes testicular shrinkage, for example. When more than enough testosterone comes from the syringe, the Leydig cells don't produce any at all, and the testicles get atrophied.

Thus, using tongkat ali, one can trick the body into elevated testosterone levels only for a limited period of time. This means that in order to be effectively used, tongkat ali has to be cycled on off on off.

Bodybuilders and men with a busy relationships schedule don't like off-cycles. They would prefer consistently elevated testosterone levels, bodybuilders for an optimal physique, and those pursuing optimal relationships for orgasmic gratification.

The best solution we can come up with for this dilemma is to alternate tongkat ali with butea superba.

Both butea superba and tongkat ali work on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis which regulates testosterone levels, but the pythochemicals of the two plants are structurally so different that familiarization to the one doesn't carry over to the second.

For supranatural levels of testosterone, it is essential that the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis is off-balance as this is what exerts the desired increased testosterone synthesis.

Alternating butea superba and tongkat ali is a convincing strategy. A standard regimen would be to use tongkat ali for 8 to 12 days, and then switch to butea superba for an approximately equal time span. After the butea superba comes again the tongkat ali, and then again the butea superba, and so on, without ever letting testosterone go down to base level.

Alternatively, both herbals could be consumed as part of a wider stacking regimen, which eliminates the need for cycling.

Kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) for relationships prowess and sports

Maybe it’s no coincidence that kaempferia parviflora is a plant with a very limited geographic reservoir. It is found only in Thailand, quite possibly the sexiest country in the world.

Thai cuisine uses rhizomes more than any other the cuisine of any other country. Rhizomes like ginger, tumeric, galangal give an authentic taste to most Thai dishes.

Kaempferia parviflora is a rhizome, and extremely rare in the wild. And we do mean “extremely”. Would this rhizome plant not have been cultivated in Thailand as a medicinal plant, it would probably long have been extinct.

The name of the plant, kaempferia, suggests some connection to martial arts, and a German-speaking botanist in naming it. Kaempfer is German for Fighter.

And indeed, one could not find a kickboxing camp in Thailand where krachai dam (kaempferia parviflora) wouldn’t be widely consumed.

Is there scientific evidence? Of course, there is.

Kaempferia parviflora is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, not just of phosphodiesterase class 5 like sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil, but also of class 6 phosphodiesterase.

Phosphodiesterase acts on blood vessels, inhibiting constriction. For the organ, this causes an erection. And for the kickboxer, it causes an increased blood supply to about every muscle of the body. Obviously, increased blood vessel diameter means increased blood supply, and increased blood supply means more oxygen for every muscle.

And this is exactly what trainers in Thai kickboxing camps promise. Every blood vessel fully saturated.

Not that kickboxers only appreciate this physiological effect of kaempferia parviflora.

The herbal is not yet on the list of the World Anti-Doping Agency, so, as word spreads, expect some professional cyclists participating at the Tour de France to develop a marked preference for Thai cuisine. Or how about a Thai cycler riding down the Champs Ellysee in a yellow jersey.

And then there are bodybuilders who, in cutting cycles, just struggle to achieve just this for esthetic endeavors: relaxed blood vessels that show on the surface of the skin.

Clearly, kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) has enormous potential.


Tongkatali.org's What is Chili? An oral sensation but not a taste

I use chili sparsely in curries. It does not mean that I would not like chili? I sure do.

Furthermore, chili is ideal for kreutzing.

But it is not suited to be combined with other spices because chili deafens taste receptors.

I even doubt that taste receptors are much involved with the oral sensations caused by chili. I assume chili actually stimulates oral pain receptors more than taste receptors.

You can put chili powder on any mucous or sufficiently thin skin of your body, and the effect there will be very similar to the one in your mouth.

Try to put cinnamon bark or cloves on mucous skin outside your mouth. There will possibly be irritation, but no taste (only a smell radiating to your nose).

Sure, I consume chili. Like many people, I like the chili sensation in my mouth.

But I never swallow anything that is chili-sprinkled. Chili is only for kreutzing, as anyway, it is an irritant for the stomach and the intestines, and definitely, the stimulation of pain receptors that I appreciate orally is outright unpleasant anally.

Especially anybody who sticks to kreutzing for weight loss has good reason to play with chili, as chili entices one to drink more water, thus providing a sense of fullness.

But chili consumption should be separated from meals eaten for their taste. When I want chili sensations, I just sprinkle it on potato chips or plain flour snacks. Mixing chili with spices providing a genuine taste is a waste.
