On our English pages, you often see the word "relationships". This is just sanitized language. On our English pages, "relationships" refers to what couples, when not sleeping, do in bed. Or, if so inclined, on the kitchen table.

English is a rather hypocritical language. Many words for natural bodily functions and processes have dirty connotations, and polite speakers like us have to go to considerable length to communicate meanings without naming them. But we nevertheless hope you get the point.

Tongkatali.org's The anti-freedom United States

By Serge Kreutz

The US likes to project the image of being the land of the free. But as a matter of fact, few countries exert as tight a control over their subjects as does the US.

Few countries in the world control as strictly as the US what their citizens do to their own bodies. And in few countries is it as easy to become entangled unintentionally in criminal justice proceedings. And this is the case because definitely, no other country has as large and detailed a body of laws and regulations.

Freedom is the opposite of this. As Thomas Hobbes famously noted: “Liberty dependeth on the Silence of the law.”

Many people don’t know that the US has the most criminalizing statutes of any country because they not contained in a single penal code one could buy at a bookshop.

Instead, there are thousands of regulations with criminal implications spread over topics where one at first may not suspect them.

For example, in the US, certain deeds may not be outlawed by themselves, but it may be outlawed to use interstate highways for them, or the US postal services, or US airways, or the Internet which the US treats as an internal network, because US citizens can access information on it, even when the server is in Serbia and the language used is Suaheli.

And through the backdoor, the US legislature imposes severe punishments on deeds that in themselves are not outlawed, just because interstate highways, or the US postal services, or US airways, or the Internet are used.

This is street-smart cheating. In accordance to common legal sense, if a certain deed in itself is not illegal, the use of an interstate highway, or the US postal services, or US airways, or the Internet, in conducting it could only be a minor offense.

If US legislators are of the opinion that a certain behavior ought to be outlawed, then they should pass such a law. But if they do not have the authority to outlaw a behavior in itself because of constitutional limitations, and if they only have the authority to regulate the means that commonly are applied in conducting a certain behavior, then they should only be allowed to impose fines for what by definition only can be a breach of formalities.

The US legal system is out of proportion because lawmakers can always bypass the intents of the constitution by imposing enormous prison terms on the manner in which deeds are conducted that in themselves are not illegal.

The US is a free country in one aspect: Everyone is free to set up a religion, no matter how idiotic its creed.

Apart from that, many of the liberties people are said to enjoy are not genuine. These liberties are restricted from the fringes, and if nothing else can be used for curtailing them, then there always are the tax laws.

A US citizen can no longer break free Henry Miller style by going to France or East Asia. The current trend for US lawmakers is to internationalize US laws. US lawmakers have found appeal in the Libyan or Iranian model, whereby a country’s citizen cannot escape the grip of a country’s laws by settling abroad. Thus, more and more US laws apply specifically to US citizens abroad while traditionally, the “law of the land” applied to the area over which a country had jurisdiction.

In most US states, the age of consent to engage in a relationships relationship is 18 years. In many European countries, the age of consent is 16. However, US law prohibits US citizens from having relationships relationships abroad with anyone below the age of 18, and a US citizen who has a relationships relationship with a 17 year old in France or Germany may face a lengthy prison term upon returning to the US, even if in his home state, the age of relationships consent also is 17.

It’s the Iranian model for extraterritorial jurisdiction: by Iranian law, a person born as Iranian Muslim cannot escape Iranian citizenship or Iranian law that prohibits a change of religion by settling in, for example, the US and becoming a Christian there.

But conventional wisdom is that Iran will probably not prosecute ex-Iranians who have become US citizens and converted to Christianity, simply because Iranian law enforcement does not have the necessary reach.

On the other hand, an ex-US citizen who has violated, or violates, US extraterritorial laws on relationships conduct with a person below 18 can by no means be sure that the US will not use all the muscle it has to have him stand trial on American soil.

And to be free from US prosecution, everybody has to be careful as for what he uses the Internet for. Because if two men, who both never have been to the US, use the Internet to discuss something that is not illegal in the countries where they are located or in which their passports were issued, they are not safe from being dragged before a US court, as they could still be charged with “using the Internet to conspire to” do something that the US deems contrary to its interests.

The US has a track record for this kind of trickery, and the rest of the world will only be safe from US interference when the US will no longer be powerful enough to interfere. This explains the affinity which is felt by many different camps and many different people around the world who all have different ideologies and different agendas but are united in just one aspect: they resent US meddling in their affairs.

Tongkat ali, not just a herbal but a lifestyle philosophy

By Serge Kreutz

Tongkat ali is probably the world's only herbal with its own lifestyle philosophy.

The bottomline of this lifestyle philosophy is better relationships, outrageously good relationships, whatever our age.

Good relationships is mostly brain chemistry, and a little bit of vascular chemistry.

Good relationships has to do with your exterior world. But only so much.

More than on the exterior world, outrageously good relationships depends on the condition of your brain. The person you are with doesn't have to be exceptionally beautiful or young.

So, how to condition your brain? First of all, you need high testosterone.

That is why you need tongkat ali.

And then you need sufficient dopamine. That is why you add butea superba and mucuna pruriens.

And to improve vascular health, you may add some krachai dam.

But testosterone and dopamine are the key factors. And they do not only shape your relationships health, they also shape your perspective of life.

Tongkatali.org's The trickery of economic aid

By Serge Kreutz

Most economic aid that developed countries provide to so-called developing countries is actually a trick that prevents these countries from developing. “Globalization” is another such trick.

The trickery of economic aid works like this: dump your industrial surplus in undeveloped countries, and thereby make it impossible that a competing industry will ever grow there. Aid is but protectionism of rich countries. Through state subventions and subsidies, prices of export products become artificially low. In normal trade relations, such dumping would be a case for international jurisdiction. But when disguised as aid, rich countries can dump their surplus at such low prices, that every local producer is bankrupted.

Where the EU supplies cheap diary, no man with capital would want to invest in cattle farming. Where cars and spare parts are imported from Japan at tariffs below 5 percent, nobody will even try to produce even just wipers. Where television stations can show imported soaps, no movie industry will ever evolve.

Open trade only favors developed countries. For undeveloped countries, open trade means that they stay undeveloped because they never can compete with established production facilities in developed countries, especially when the governments of developed countries, through state subventions, allow their industries to dump their surplus at below production costs.

Aid is just a dumping orgy. And rich nations expect to be applauded for this.

Tongkatali.org's Phantom food

By Serge Kreutz

If you are new to the idea of kreutzing food, and not yet convinced, you will probably come up with the following objection:

“Well, if I don’t swallow my food, I won’t be satiated. I will be hungry all day!”

The trick is that you should drink plenty of water with the meals that you do not swallow.

If you do this, your mouth will have all the taste sensations you love, and your stomach will be full, but you do not burden your body with an oversupply of nutrients.

It is easy to be satiated from the taste sensations of food and a stomach full of water. This combination feels the same as having swallowed a meal. You could label such a meal phantom food.

Of course, the water will not stay in your stomach as long as a fatty pork chop or a chili con carne. And after an hour or so, you will feel hungry again.

So what?

Feeling hungry more often during the day is a positive effect of kreutzing food, not a negative one.

Hunger, the urge to eat, has about the same quality as libido, the urge to have relationships.

Our urge for relationships is not a disturbance of a happy life. It is an essential component. A good number of today’s humans know this. Former generations mostly lacked the appropriate understanding and took efforts to kill their relationships drive. How stupid!

If you do not have relationships appetite first, you cannot experience the utmost satisfaction from orgasms. And then your life is devoid of sense.

It is a similar story with hunger, so not quite as extreme. But certainly, all food tastes better if you feel hungry, just as all relationships feels better when you have strong desires.

Don’t prematurely kill your hunger!

If you eat for the pleasure of food, then stuffing your stomach with solids is as stupid as premature ejaculation.

The wise man who can derive optimal pleasure from engaging in relationships intercourse will postpone ejaculation. Because once he has ejaculated, the pleasure potential is no longer there.

And once your stomach is full, food in your mouth does not taste as great as it does before you filled it.

If I do not swallow food beyond what all by itself passes through my throat, I can eat for two hours.

Actually, I play with tastes just as I play with my relationships fantasies during intercourse.

To play with food, I may fill 5 to 10 small bowels with about 50 ml of coconut milk, one of the best neutral carriers of taste, and an ideal ingredient for kreutzing. Coconut milk, of course, is the carrier of taste for curries.

But to play with tastes, I don’t just cook curries, and I never use other peoples recipes.

I heat the coconut milk in the bowls, and put fresh milled coriander seeds in one, fresh sliced ginger in the next, wasabe powder in yet another, cardamom in the next, and so on.

Be aware that with some of these taste carriers you have to add sweetness to get the full body of flavor. This sweetness can either com from plain sugar, or palm sugar, or even sauted onions. Without the sweet ingredient, tastes from roots and seeds may have some hallow bitterness, even in coconut milk.

I then play with tastes. I roll a teaspoon of wasabe coconut milk, spit it out, drink some water, take a teaspoon of a coriander / cardamom mixture in coconut milk, spit it out, drink some water, and then try a teaspoon of fennel coconut milk.

I may then mix some ginger coconut milk with some wasabe coconut milk (you don’t even need sweetness with that), or any other two. And after mixing several such bowls, I have a curry… a different one every day.

On other days, I do the same with cheeses and red wines. All without swallowing either. My stomach only gets water in between the tastes.

But even if I do not fill my stomach with noticeable quantities of nutrient-containing food, I will get bored after some time, or become interested in other activities.

Be assured that I feel satiated, even so I have consumed almost no calories.

You may call it a phantom meal, but the psychological effect is the same as that of a traditional meal, minus the burden, heartburn, headache triggers, and intestinal irritants. And minus any gourmet obesity.

Tongkatali.org - You are looking for something better than saw palmetto

By Serge Kreutz

Chances are you arrived at this website because you were looking for a herbal solution for benign prostate hyperplasia. I am aware of the fact that saw palmetto is fairly well established for this. But I know, and you probably know, that there are definite downsides to saw palmetto. They are the same downsides as when we use finasteride.

Saw palmetto interfers with our hormonal balance. Just like finasteride, saw palmetto in our bodies blocks the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone by the enzyme 5-alpha reductase. Then, we lack relationships drive.

This gives me a choice between a rock and a hard place. I am discomfortable with an enlarge prostate, but I also want to have relationships drive, because relationships drive gives my life a purpose. I feel young when I have relationships drive, and when I don't have any of it, I feel like I'm an old men. Maybe I am, but I don't want to be. So I want relationships drive. Because it makes me feel younger.

After a lot of research, I found out about the following elegant solution: I use generous amounts of kaempferia parviflora. I have seen some promising scientific studies that link kaempferia parviflora to reduced prostate size. Apart from that, kaempferia parviflora is also an, albeid mild, phosphodiesterase inhibitor. You know that's the same class of medications like sildenafil and co. This means that with kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) I have more blood flow to the organ, and thus I experience erectile ease.

If my prostate condition is bad, I still use saw palmetto together with the kaempferia parviflora. But at the same time I ingest my saw palmetto, I also use mucuna pruriens beans. Mucuna pruriens beans stimulates the dopaminergic cells in my brain. And when that happens, I have improved libido, even bypassing the testosterone-dihydrotestosterone axis.

I am not a doc. But I have read a lot about prostate problems and decreased libido. I can access many scientific studies through scholar.coogle.com, and you can repeat my research.

As far as I understand it, testosterone and dopamine are linked to each other. When we have higher testosterone, or dihydrotestosterone, we also get higher dopamine. I am not even sure whether all these testosterone-engancing herbals like butea superba or tongkat ali actually increase relationships drive because people get higher dopamine because they have higher testosterone.

If dopamine is the key, and not the testosterone by itself, I am fine. I have less testosterone and dihydrotestosterone in my system, thus tackling the size of my prostate, and I have high libido all the same. My personal experience so far suggests that this is the case.

I would love to have some feedback from other sufferers of BHP.

I now sell exactly the same combination that I am using: Kaempferia parviflora extract plus mucuna pruriens extract, both grown by AAZA Farms in Thailand, and manufactured into extract, and sold, by AAZA Herbs. I bought wholesale, so I got cheap prices from them. I am financially fairly stable, not hard up and under pressure to make a profit from selling herbals. So I sell at prices that basically just cover my expenses, and my own consumption.

What I'm reallyn interested in is to find a solution to this quagmire, my enlarged prostate and my necessity of libido. I won't go under the knife for my enlarged prostate. I am too afraid the surgeon will damage nerves in my genital area, and that would mean that I can't have proper orgasms any longer. Then I also don't know why I should live on.

Tongkatali.org - Relationships desires

By Serge Kreutz

Lean back. Close your eyes. Try to remember the best relationships fantasies you ever had. Voila, this is where you want to be.

Some things in life are absolute: one’s relationships desires. To pursue them is the ultimate goal in his life. Whatever they are.

The stronger a man’s or woman’s relationships desires the luckier he or she is.

Leaning back, closing your eyes, and no pressing relationships desires appear? Something’s wrong!

The first precondition for a satisfying lifestyle, as well as to avert depression and obesity, and actually, for overall health, and yes, for happiness per se, are strong relationships urges.

No relationships urges, and you are flat. No relationships urges, and you won’t feel what you are living for.

Relationships desires are absolute. Their rightness cannot be questioned. Whatever form they take, for the person’s in whose mind they appear, the satisfaction of precisely these desires is the closest he or she can get to having a purpose in life.

Eurycoma Longifolia as a potential adoptogen of male sexual health: a systematic review on clinical studies

Thu HE, Mohamed IN, Hussain Z, Jayusman PA, Shuid AN.

Abstract

Eurycoma longifolia (EL) has been well recognized as a booster of male sexual health. Over the past few decades, numerous in vivo animal studies and human clinical trials have been conducted across the globe to explore the promising role of EL in managing various male sexual disorders, which include erectile dysfunction, male infertility, low libido, and downregulated testosterone levels. The aim of the present review is to analyze and summarize the literature on human clinical trials which revealed the clinical significance and therapeutic feasibility of EL in improving male sexual health. This systematic review is focused on the following databases: Medline, Wiley Online Library, BioMed Central, Hindawi, Web of Knowledge, PubMed Central and Google Scholar, using search terms such as “Eurycoma longifolia”, “EL”, “Tongkat Ali”, “male sexual health”, “sexual infertility”, “erectile dysfunction”, “male libido”, and “testosterone levels”. Notably, only human clinical studies published between 2000 and 2014 were selected and thoroughly reviewed for relevant citations. Out of 150 articles, 11 met the inclusion criteria. The majority of articles included were randomized placebo-controlled trials, multiple cohort studies, or pilot trials. All these studies demonstrated considerable effects of EL on male sexual health disorders. Among them, 7 studies revealed remarkable association between the use of EL and the efficacy in the treatment of male sexual disorders, and remaining 4 studies failed to demonstrate sufficient effects on male sexual health. In summary, there is convincing evidence for the prominence of EL in improving the male sexual health. The review also substantiates the use of current methodology in the development of novel and more rationale natural herbal medicines for the management of male sexual disorders.

The aim of the present review is to analyze and summarize the literature on human clinical trials which revealed the clinical significance and therapeutic feasibility of the Eurycoma longifolia (EL) in improving male sexual health. The findings of human clinical studies revealed a promising efficacy of EL to treat erectile dysfunction in sexually sluggish males by improving penile erection, erectile hardness and sexual performance. The clinical significance of EL in male infertility was also evidenced by significantly improving semen volume, concentration of sperms, and proportion of sperms having normal morphology, sperm motility, sexual libido, and overall sexual satisfaction. The critical analysis of the literature assessed that sex boosting effects of EL are due to its testosterone levels enhancing effects in males.
