On our English pages, you often see the word "relationships". This is just sanitized language. On our English pages, "relationships" refers to what couples, when not sleeping, do in bed. Or, if so inclined, on the kitchen table.

English is a rather hypocritical language. Many words for natural bodily functions and processes have dirty connotations, and polite speakers like us have to go to considerable length to communicate meanings without naming them. But we nevertheless hope you get the point.

Tongkatali.org's Size matters

By Serge Kreutz

The published public opinion, especially the female published opinion, is wrong in its assessment on why men are concerned about the size of their organs.

The public published opinion, and views held publicly by female commentators on the matter, assume that men are concerned about the size of their organs on the basis of a rather childish attitude just like when eight-year-old boys try a far arc while urinating, and then boast about it.

The common published opinion tends to belittle the concern of men about organ size. An example is the following remark of relationships adviser Ruth Westheimer, quoted from the TIME cover story of May 4, 1998: “Even if a man has an erection from floor to ceiling and can keep it that way for an hour, it will not be pleasurable for a woman if he is not sexually literate.”

This is making ridicule out of a serious concern.

Of course, until recently, all relationships therapists could offer men with insufficient erections, or a small organ, was some consolation of the above kind.

Published opinion may be quite different from the opinion held privately by people who are represented by a specific general published opinion. The publishing trade has its own rules on what opinions may be offered in public. The motto of a major US publication used to be (or still is): All the news that’s fit to print. (Not: All the news that’s true.) And in the opinion of newspaper editors, it’s not fit to say that organ size is of importance when assessing the qualities of a man.

Sorry, but size does matter. And men would probably not be concerned about size, if they wouldn’t have learned from intimate experience that it’s important. They learn it from their female relationships partners when discussing relationships matters. When they engage in relationships talk with their female partners, many men will be confronted with women’s fantasies in which rather large-sized male organs play a role. It’s not common that women’s fantasies center on disfigured, under-sized, or flaccid male organs.

It may be true that most women who do experience orgasms experience them clitoral. More than 90 percent of all women are easier to bring to an orgasm through clitoral stimulation than through vaginal penetration. However, there are women who prefer to be brought to an orgasm through vaginal penetration, and in such cases, sufficient size, sufficient rigidity, and sufficient staying power are absolutely necessary. Relationships technique is a distant fourth. Usually, woman who can experience vaginal orgasms will anyway apply their own technique.

Furthermore, when it comes to vaginal orgasms, no one single technique fits all women. Some prefer quick short thrusts from below, others rather have it from behind. Often, women who can experience vaginal orgasms like to do the moving, and prefer a static man.

While clitoral orgasms result in rhythmic contractions of the pelvic area, including the vagina, there often is a magic additional component in vaginal orgasms: a ballooning of the Grafenberg area (the front vaginal wall near the vaginal opening), and a move forward of the cervix. Both these reactions can exert an expelling pressure on the inserted organ. A marvelous experience, available probably only to men with a sufficiently large organ.

But even among women who can be brought to an orgasm through clitoral stimulation, the idea of big, hard organs plays a major role in their fantasies. The stimulation may be clitoral, but the fantasies that are absolutely necessary to make clitoral stimulation an orgasmic success may still center on penetration and usually on penetration by a large male organ.

While the editors of periodicals anywhere around the world may only be willing to touch the topic of organ size in a manner that ridicules the concern, organ size clearly is a major aspect when it comes to the qualities of a man as a lover.

We seldom receive email from women who are of the opinion that organ size is not important. But we regularly receive feedback that confirms that a large organ is an important attribute. Here some comments by one female reader, Ka.:

– quote –

Hello,

I stumbled on your website a few hours ago. I very much enjoyed your essays. It’s almost 5 am here (Toronto, Canada), and I just stopped reading.

I just keyed in “love” into my search engine…I don’t even know why (I guess I just wanted to focus on something sweet before bed). Your inclusion of our neurology was great. And your sincerity was refreshing. I’ll read a few more of your articles tomorrow night.

Now, I got a few questions:

1. You praise tongkat ali very much. I heard that it raises your testosterone levels through the roof (which I guess would explain irritability, and relationships desire). But do you know how it effects woman? (Not that I need help in the arousal department). Just curious.

2. In your essay: “Female Orgasm in Asia”, you spoke about the female orgasm…and so on. I need to say this (actually to all the men in the world): Please don’t act like you are on a mission in bed. There were plenty of men who were determined to give me an orgasm…and I just ended up faking it. Once it seems that the guy is on a mission…the magic is gone. For me, I can be immensely satisfied without an orgasm (if one happens: great!… but if it doesn’t…then leave it alone).

3. You also talked about organ size. Well: IT MATTERS! (At least to me). There was a time that if I liked a guy, and thought that there may be potential for a more serious relationship, I would take things slow, not sleep with him right away… bla bla… But now: I try to get him into bed quickly. I don’t want to start liking him… and so on… and then find out he is tiny down there. For me it doesn’t have to be huge, but it has to be at least average. And for me, it’s not a psychological thing. I want to feel filled! And if he is not at least average, then I don’t want to waste my time with him. I don’t want to marry a man that is small. He can give the best oral in the world… but if he can’t stuff me properly… then I’m gone. I don’t want to get emotionally attached, no matter how great they are, and then find out I’m gonna be cheating on them for sure if we continue.

Please don’t get me wrong: it doesn’t have to be mega huge… but at least average. I dated a few “small” men. Sometimes I wondered what the point of us having relationships was. Cuz for me nothing beats the main course.

4. I don’t understand how increasing dopamine levels can help a man get erect. Doesn’t cocaine increase the amount of dopamine in your synapses? But… enough cocaine… and a man just can’t get it up. I don’t get it. (I dated a cocaine user…and there were soooooooooooooooooo many disappointments.)

Don’t feel like you have to rush with the answers.

Thanks,

Ka.

P.S. Looking forward to reading more articles of yours!

We left Ka.’s mail unedited. As questions have been asked, we include the answers of our reply mail.

– quote –

Ka.,

thank you for your interesting contributions.

Tongkat ali indeed raises testosterone. This has been shown in many scientific studies.

Dopamine enhancement works for libido, not for erections. Cocaine users get sexually agitated (in the head) but can’t perform. Not only will they have weak erections; they will also typically have rather small organs, even when they do get an erection. The reason is too much sympathetic tone.

Cheers

– unquote –

Back to organ size. Luckily, organ size, like erectile capacity and staying power, can be worked upon and improved.

For erectile capacity and staying power upon demand, sildenafil citrate (Pfizer’s Blue) is the drug of first choice. Sildenafil citrate is not just for 50-year-old diabetics or 60-year-old prostatectomy survivors. Even 25-year-olds can benefit from low doses of the drug. (And the drug is a necessity for cocaine users.)

For the improvement of basic organ size, there are two options: either pull and pull with methods described as penile exercise programs, or have the Leydig cells of your testicles synthesize more testosterone. Organ and testicle size is heavily dependent on testosterone synthesis. That Leydig cells start to synthesize testosterone is what causes the organ and testicles of boys to grow to man size. Furthermore, bodybuilders or athletes who use exogenous testosterone or steroids pay for it by testicular and penile shrinkage. Because they supply more testosterone than the body (more specifically: the hypothalamus) wants, the testes shut down the Leydig cells, and the testicles and organ revert to boyhood size.

The only herbal that stimulates the Leydig cells to synthesize more testosterone is tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia by scientific name), which is why heavy tongkat ali usage causes penile and testicular growth, independent of erections.

Of course, more than any other organ, the organ is variable in size. The size of a organ at any given time will depend on body chemistry. Vasoconstrictive nutrients such as caffeine and theobromine, as well as drugs that enhance the sympathetic autonomous nervous system (cocaine, amphetamines) will cause temporary testicular and penile shrinkage.

Beta blockers, which increase the levels of circulating adrenaline by blocking the hormone’s binding to cardiovascular sites, thus increasing adrenaline’s effect on abdominal receptors, will temporarily reduce organ size and interfere with erectile capabilities. No permanent damage.

Tongkatali.org's Personal freedom, dictators, and weak government

By Serge Kreutz

Apart from the most important individual values, a comfortable death, and before that, during one’s lifetime, optimal relationships, the most important logistical values are freedom and safety. As s rule of thumb, freedom is more important to men, and safety more important to women.

People often equate dictatorial government with a lot of government interference with their personal freedom. But the equation is illogical. Whether a dictatorial government interferes with personal freedom depends on whether the dictatorial government wants to interfere with the personal freedom of the people. As a matter of fact, dictatorial governments often don’t care, as long as their rule isn’t affected.

A government can come into existence via different routes. One of the possible routes is to be elected, more or less directly, by the people. This is what is called democracy. Whether this government later interferes with the personal freedom of the people or not has very little to do with the fact that it was established in a democratic way.

A democratic route of establishing a government often has lead, and leads, to governments that interfere to a high degree with the personal freedom of the people. Hitler was democratically elected. Saddam Hussein came to power in a democratic succession. The Iranian government is democratically elected. All of these governments have not been, and are not, dedicated to preserve or grant personal freedom.

The US is a democracy, but it also is the world’s most advanced police state. Whether a country is a police state or not has nothing to do with the question of how a government came into power, whether democratically or by any other way. To characterize a country as a police state just means that the police have wide-ranging power over the lives of the country’s citizens. And this is certainly the case in the US.

It doesn’t really matter where the power of the police originates from. Whether it stems from power vested into the police by summary decree, or from a huge body of written legislation and regulations, as in the case of the US.

It’s a common misconception anywhere in the world to equate “democracy” with “freedom”. Democracy just means that a large number of largely incompetent voters are allowed to decide who should lead a government.

In the Philippines, largely incompetent voters often elect movie stars as president, senators, mayors, and even city councilors. Stupid Filipinos just vote for their favorite actors, and want to know nothing about the potential leader’s political ideas.

In Indonesia, former dictator Suharto always enjoyed much backing from the female part of the population. Why? Because he was perceived as being good-looking.

In Islamic countries, when the people are called for to elect leaders in a democratic process, they vote for those candidates recommended by the prayer leaders in the mosques, because people are misguided into believing that it will give them credit with god.

Any in many poor and ethnically or religiously diverse countries, people just vote for candidates who promise to make life harder for the “others”.

Skilled fascists have always had, and still have, a comparatively easy time to win elections, whether in Europe or Southeast Asia, as there is a fascist history of knowing the tricks. Preach hatred and hand out cheap gifts to a country’s poor.

Often enough, democracy leads to bad government and a lot of interference personal freedom. If democracy leads to good government that allows people a high degree of personal freedom, it’s not because the government was democratically elected but because incidentally, those who where elected were benevolent people.

Personal freedom is too high a value to entrust it to a popularity contest, or, for that matter, to democracy.

What are the alternatives?

One would be a powerful freedom-centered constitution. The best constitutions have often been imposed by victors after a country lost a major war. And this attitude does date back to Napoleonic times.

But the best constitution is only as good as a Supreme Court can guard it and a government wants it guarded. At the end of the day, the freedom of the people depends on those in power. If they are strong, the government itself may infringe on liberties. Better if governments are weak.

Plato, who felt contempt for governments established by a vote of unqualified people, recommended that benevolent philosopher kings hold power.

The concept of monarchies is outdated. But the essence is that government should be by an institution that is enlightened and benevolent.

Tongkatali.org - Black ginger is an amazing herb

By Serge Kreutz

Black ginger is an amazing herb. It has so many health benefits. It's protective against diabetes and obesity, it's a true aphrodisiac, making relationships much better. And it even can revert cognitive impairment (dementia).

This is all scientifically proven. Just check the Medline database of the National Institutes of Health of the US government. There you can find many scientific studies. But you will have to use the scientific Latin name for searching Medline. The scientific name of the plant is Kaempferia parviflora.

This plant has so many names. It is also called black galingale or galangale. And then there is the name krachai dam. That is the official transcription of the Thai characters. But in English, krachai dam is also spelled krachai dum, or kra chai dam, or grachai dam or dum. The names of this plant are really quite confusing. We stick mostly to black ginger.

Most of the benefits of black ginger are related to the plant's content of phosphodiesterase inhibitors. Yeah, phosphodiesterase inhibitors. That's the stuff medications for erectile dysfunction are made of.

Phosphodiesterase inhibitors stop phosphodiesterase from breaking down cGMP and cAMP. The last two prevent the constriction of blood vessels.

There are so many diseases in modern humans that are all related to the constriction of blood vessels: high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, erectile dysfunction, diabetes, and even premature aging.

Keep the blood flowing! This is an essential physiological function. And this is where black ginger is of help. Consume it generously, every day of the year. Make it a tea. Add it to coffee. Put it in any sauce. Even to backed sweets. While the flavor of black ginger isn't as strong as that of yellow ginger, it never destroys the flavor of the dish where you add it. Using 100 grams per day in various forms won't have ill effects.

And if you are involved in competitive sports, you have an extra reason to use black ginger. Numerous studies have shown that it increases physical strength and endurance. Check Medline.

The plant is always used in camps of Thai kick boxers. Obviously, more blood flow to muscles increases strength. And the plant has even been named scientifically for this application, the use in kick boxing. Kaempfer is the German word for fighter, and kaempferia is the Latinized version. So, in common language, Kaempferia parviflora is just Fighter's parviflora.

Keep the blood flowing! What we mean is: inside your blood vessels. Not: from the wounds of your enemies.

Keep the blood flowing inside your arteries and veins. For a better oxygen supply to your muscles and heart, and, of course, for better erections.

Buying tongkat ali? Better be careful with your health

Ethnobotany and Relationships Enhancement, 2019

Sumatra Pasak Bumi is a government-supervised facility, authorized to sell herbals with medical applications.

In particular, our 1:200 Indonesian tongkat ali extract has undergone a licensing process that has taken years to complete, first between 2000 and 2005, and again after 2015, when the Indonesian government implemented new, very strict regulations. See below the latest license for our 1:200 tongkat ali extract. It is issued by the Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, the Indonesian equivalent of the American FDA. In Indonesia, this Nomor POM is colloquially still referred to by the previous of such a license, Nomor Depkes (an acronym for Departemen Kesehatan = Department of Health).

Large photo

For us, the number of tests and studies necessary to obtain a Nomor POM has run into hundreds of thousands of US dollars.

Should you care?

Yes, because this licensing process is for YOUR health and safety. We wouldn't spend hundreds of thousands of US dollars on licenses and lab testing and then sell you some junk. We sell what we have been licensed to sell. Genuine Indonesian 1:200 tongkat ali extract.

Anybody else can easily set up a website claiming to be a tongkat ali or herbals company. They can also claim to sell 1:200 tongkat ali extract... presumably the same extract that we produce, and for which we hold a government license. However, any tongkat ali product that is branded 1:200, but not produced by us, is simply a fake. Be especially suspicious of spam that emphasizes "natural" in their naming.

Any scammer in a rented flat can claim (and they do claim) to be the world's number 1 supplier of tongkat ali... or to offer the best tongkat ali for the last decade.

I am sure, you have come across such lines.

All bullshit.

The two worst tongkat ali scammers (one is Chinese, one is Arabic Spanish) are run out of flats in Singapore. Another is Scottish. Check their contact-us pages.

Because Singapore has such a miserable reputation as the world's fake medicine hub, Singaporean scammers have set up company fronts in the USA, which is easy to do and costs almost nothing. They have also joined some herbals groupings to obtain graphics that look like seals of approval.

Do you really want to entrust your health, your safety, and your life with scammers? Then buy their wares which may be tongkat ali or not even tongkat ali at all. Even if these wares contain tonkat ali plant parts, it's never, never 1:200.

If you care for your health, and so you should, ask those who offer Indonesian tongkat ali on the web for a Nomor POM (the permit number from the Indonesian Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan... the equivalent of the US FDA). They will give you loads of excuses why they don't have on. Of course they talk a lot.

The bottom line is: if an Internet operation can't be bothered to get their product tested by government laboratories, don't put your health into their hands (or their purse).

Tongkatali.org's Ideal weight forever

By Serge Kreutz

The Serge Kreutz food philosophy is for both dieters and gourmets what Charles Darwin’s principles of evolution are for biologists.

Both change everything.

Just as biology wasn’t the same after Charles Darwin, dieting and gourmet eating are not the same after Serge Kreutz.

You can summarize Charles Darwin in one sentence: different forms of life evolve from previous forms of life by natural and relationships selection.

You can also summarize Serge Kreutz in one sentence: differentiate between the nutrition value and the pleasure value of food, and be selective about what you pass to your stomach.

If the world adopts Serge Kreutz’ food philosophy, there will no longer be obese people.

Obesity is unnecessary and so easy to avoid for anybody who understands the Serge Kreutz food philosophy.

At the core is, as mentioned above, the differentiation between the nutritional value of food, and the psychological (pleasure) component.

Much has been written about the nutritional value of all different foods humans consume. I do not have to add anything to this, except a word of caution: as you aim to be of ideal weight (height in centimeter minus 100, minus 10 percent = weight in kilogram), any food that passes to your stomach has to be of limited quantity (some fruit every day, a few nuts, an egg).

Now, that doesn’t sound very satisfying. And indeed, it is not. It is also not very satiating.

But being overly satiated is negative from any perspective you look at it.

The long-term effect of constantly filling your stomach with foodstuff, and overloading your intestines with content is a myriad of problems associated with being overweight.

But even the short-term effects are no good. Many foodstuffs cause an irritation of the digestive tract, and there is a plethora of unhealthy components in many foods, many over time even with a cancer risk.

Stuffing yourself with food also suppresses testosterone, thus inhibiting libido, and slows down brain function, thus making you less intelligent.

Yeah, but I love food. And you do.

And Serge Kreutz fully recognizes this. According to Serge Kreutz, apart from relationships intercourse, our relationship with food is what makes our lives worth living.

And Serge Kreutz actually encourages you to indulge in food. Copious quantities. Orgies of taste.

Just follow one important advice: don’t discard into your stomach what your mouth enjoys. Discard into a plastic bag. Just drink (and swallow intentionally) plain water after the bolus has passed into a plastic bag.

Yes, you will feel satisfied after such a meal. For satisfaction from food is a quality that comes from the taste of food. And you have taste receptors only in your mouth, and the esophagus and all further organs of food digestion are void of taste receptors (thank God, because chyme tastes horrible, first like vomit, then like shit).

It is obvious that food-related satisfaction is a consequence neither of the nutritional value of food, nor of its effect of loading the stomach and further organs of the digestive tract.

If the satisfaction from food where related to either of the above two, we would all be eating optimally formulated silage, just as hogs.

Come on! Satisfaction from food comes entirely from the taste of food. Nothing else.

It’s in the brain. What we feel in the digestive tract beyond the mouth is satiation, not satisfaction. Even though undersatiation is registered in the brain as hunger, full satiation actually is a handicap on the path to further satisfaction.

Remember your childhood? Having Sunday lunch at your grandma’s? Or a Thanksgiving dinner? Eat as much as you can. Unlimited delicious food. Until you have to admit: I just can’t eat any more! Absolutely full. But you still can lick spoons.

Didn’t you feel just great?

Yes, putting loads of food in your mouth will cause a very positive mood. The uplifting effect is better than that of Prozac (the erectile dysfunction drug for the mind).

Now, if you avoid the satiation from passing food into your stomach, won’t you be eating all day?

Serge Kreutz says No, you won’t. And you can try this yourself.

The correct technique for kreutzing food is to drink (and swallow) some water in between instances of putting food into your mouth, and chewing and discarding it. This, along with the small quantities of food that anyway slide down your esophagus when you roll it in your mouth, is enough to stop any hunger signaling from the stomach.

Certainly, when kreutzing meals, you will put more food in your mouth than when consuming meals conventionally. Enjoy!

But sooner or later, your appetite will subside all by itself. Tastes, when experienced again and again, will lose intensity, and apart from that, there will, sooner or later, be a desire to do something else than eat.

That is when you are satisfied. Even though you are not satiated in the sense that you are burdened. It’s full satisfaction, but satiation only by the water you drink and swallow in between discarding any other content of your mouth into plastic bags.

And you can do this for years. Never feel any food deprivation. And be of ideal weight forever.

Tongkatali.org's integrated male relationships success

By Serge Kreutz

Tongkatali.org provides an integrated service for male success, with a focus on East and Southeast Asia. Male success has a lot to do with male sexual success. Tongkatali.org sells sexuality-enhancing herbals with a proven scientific track record. This is our core operation.

But apart from that, Tongkatali.org is dedicated to the sexual success of our customers on a much wider scope.

Tongkatali.org, for example, offers consultation to customers on dental work and cosmetic surgery in Southeast Asia. This service is free for our customers, and can save them a lot of money and protect them from some bad experiences as well.

We often refer to our customers as members. For more than a decade, we have run formal memberships via sergekreutz.com. There were sexual function memberships and sexual opportunities memberships, both priced separately at 250 US dollars each. We have discontinued these, because there simply are too many phony consultation services around which use the same language.

As it stands now, anything related to information is free for members of Tongkatali.org (membership is automatic for those with an order history of 1000 US dollars or more for tangible items, mostly sexuality-enhancing herbals.

Some men are in lifelong exclusive sexual relationships. We respect and congratulate customers to whom this applies.

Most men are not made of such timber. Most men, and a large number of our members, have a profound interest in sexual variety.

For these men, if they are Westerners, East Asia has a lot to offer. Not only is the East Asian approach to physical relationships much more down-to-earth and open to negotiations. The age of men is also of much less relevance, if of any.

Tongkatali.org and Serge Kreutz started out in the early 1980s (around 40 years ago!) with travel guides on Southeast Asia. Unlike standard travel guides, these travel guides already did cover physical relationships. Travel guides nowadays never touch this topic.

Little has changed in Asia in 40 years. Of course, there are better roads, and now there is Internet. And immigration has become more complicated. But the mentality of the people up-country has changed amazingly little.

For members, Tongkatali.org provides free lifestyle advice, tailored for Western men considering moving to East Asia to achieve better physical relationships.

There is more. Tongkatali.org also trades domain names, and our members can rent unique motorhomes designed for Southeast Asian weather and infrastructure. These motorhomes are suited for couples or families going for extended holidays in Southeast Asia, and also for unattached men roaming isolated areas for physical adventures. Mind you: in Asia, the further away you get from modern, urban centers, the better your relationships will be.

Talk to us.!

Good relationships like crazy

By Serge Kreutz

For relationships enhancement, nothing beats a stack based on mucuna pruriens, the velvet bean.

Mucuna pruriens by itself already has a great reputation for heightening libido. The plant naturally contains L-dopa, which the brain converts into dopamine.

Mucuna pruriens can be used, and is used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, a chronic illness characterized by a lack of dopamine in the brain, causing movement impairments.

That is the one side of dopamine. The other side of dopamine is that it plays an important role in human relationships desire.

This is well documented. Extreme relationships motivation, even in men who have had zero relationships life for two decades, is a known potential side effect of Parkinson’s medications. If you ever encounter a relationships-crazed old man, a man whose relationships agitation warrants psychiatric attention, it's going to be a Parkinson’s patient on L-dopa.

Article continues below printscreens

Parkinson’s sufferers usually are put on synthetic L-dopa, combined with carbidopa to counteract the nausea that can accompany L-dopa. The dosages of synthetic L-dopa for Parkinson’s are up to 5 gram per day.

The effect of consuming 1 gram of synthetic L-dopa or 20 grams of mucuna pruriens containing 5 percent (1 gram) of L-dopa will be somehow different. This is the case because of numerous cofactors in mucuna pruriens.

Cofactors make a difference. Take for example opium. Opium contains about 12 percent morphine. But the effects of opium are much wider than the effects of the isolated morphine. While the physiological impact may be about the same, opium also makes for pleasant dreams.

Correspondingly, the 1 gram of L-dopa in 20 grams of mucuna pruriens has a more pronounced effect on libido than 1 gram of synthetic L-dopa. And more cofactors can be added by stacking other relationships enhancement herbals on top of the mucuna pruriens extract.

First stacking choice would be hormonal enhancers like tongkat ali and butea superba. Another hormonal libido support could be added in the form of fenugreek. And then there are vascular agents like kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) and boesenbergia rotunda (ton krachai) which translate libido into erections.

A great advantage of stacking regimens is that one can consume a large amount of nutrients that support different parameters of relationships function, and maximise effects while minimizing side effects. Side effects typically are an occurrence of a large dose of just one relationships enhancer, or, for that matter, any medicine.

Users of mucuna pruriens, or those interested in supplementing mucuna beans for brain health and relationships parameters, should be aware of the fact that great differences exist as to the quality of different mucuna pruriens strains and products.

The L-dopa content of mucuna pruriens samples investigated for the treatment of Parkinson’s varied from about 0.5 percent to more than 6 percent. See this study published by the US Institutes of Health:

But that's not yet it. In India, mucuna pruriens is planted as a feedstock, and these dirtcheap mucuna pruriens cultivars are practically void of L-dopa, with contents in the range of 0.1 percent.

What we sell is a Thai mucuna pruriens strain which is a direct descendant from wild mucuna pruriens, and in worldwide comparison, that's the strain with the highest content of L-dopa and libido-supporting catalytic cofactors.

Any mucuna pruriens that you can buy in American or European healthfood stores is most probably worthless for relationships enhancement. That is something anybody can easily test by oneself.

Dopaminergics in higher dosages, including high-dosage mucuna pruriens, have an emetic effect. In plain speak: they can induce nausea and vomiting.

This is so certain an effect that dopaminergics are used as emetics (drugs to induce vomiting) by physicians and vets.

For somebody not accustomed to mucuna pruriens, a large dosage of the genuine stuff will cause nausea. If it doesn't, then a lower dosage won't augment libido either.

Privacy policy of Sumatra Pasak Bumi

For us at Sumatra Pasak Bumi, privacy in the age of the Internet is a major concern, and we greatly welcome the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We have always been dedicated to privacy protection. The snooping and spooking of all and everybody is a pest. It’s not just the NSA and every large search engine and browser (we recommend Duckduckgo for searches and as browser), but even minor businesses that do their databases and customer profiling in hope of McDonald's style do-you-want-fries-with-that cross sales.

We don’t.

We respect the privacy of customers and people visiting our website. Our site is run from a secure socket layer. We do not use cookies. We do not maintain customer accounts for logging in later. Our website is simple html programming, and we don't even use WordPress templates or e-commerce plug-ins. We don't do a newsletter to which customers could subscribe, and we don't even include standard social media buttons that would link visitors of our site to certain Facebook or Twitter profiles.

We prefer communication by email using a gmail account because this is probably still the most private mode of communication (Hillary may disagree), and when we have information to disseminate to the public, we just publish it on our website. We do offer the option to communicate with us by chat apps if a site visitor so wishes, but prefer email.

If privacy is your concern, you are in good hands with us.
