On our English pages, you often see the word "relationships". This is just sanitized language. On our English pages, "relationships" refers to what couples, when not sleeping, do in bed. Or, if so inclined, on the kitchen table.

English is a rather hypocritical language. Many words for natural bodily functions and processes have dirty connotations, and polite speakers like us have to go to considerable length to communicate meanings without naming them. But we nevertheless hope you get the point.

Tongkatali.org's On what to spend your money

By Serge Kreutz

While it is ok to live in reasonable comfort, many modern luxuries are a diversion from what is important.

More luxurious cars, nicer houses, expensive shoes or jewelry? Who needs that?

The only thing that counts are optimal relationships relationships. If one’s relationships life is optimal, it’s alright to live in a bamboo hut and use public transport… or even just walk, and that for many, many kilometers.

Many men spend money on luxuries, not because they enjoy them but because luxuries express status, and they want to express status because they want to attract attractive females. If being a homeless, begging monk would be most suitable to attract women, then you would see a very large number of men switching to that lifestyle.

But if luxuries are an unneeded diversion, what should men who possess a lot of money spend it on?

Sooner or later, it will be political causes. Causes that benefit them directly, not just economically but, ultimately, sexually.

It is impossible for constructive processes to have such an effect. Only destructive causes are radical enough to change the modes by which humans live together so fundamentally that men with means, and brains, will have a far-reaching chance to benefit.

Possible causes include movements that fractionate countries, especially the USA. More, and smaller, countries mean more options. Smaller countries have also less capacity to intervene in other countries. Any political independence movement in the Western world deserves support.

Another possible cause are movements that favor the liberalisation of drugs. Drugs undermine conventional morals and value systems. Drug subcultures also undermine the common relationships discrimination of older people.

Possible minor causes can be isolationist political agendas, any kind of multiculturalism, as it is a seed for fragmentation, and causes that ease worldwide migration. Mixing up things has the potential to result in conflict, conflict is destructive, and opportunities follow destruction.

Tongkatali.org's The Kreutz food philosophy is a oral aroma therapy

By Serge Kreutz

Have you ever observed the flow of your thoughts when your mouth holds delicious food?

There is a direct link from your taste buds to your mental state.

It is not just that delicious food tastes good. It feels good.

Delicious food in the mouth is a powerful anti-depressant. It alleviates clinical and sub- clinical mental problems better than prescription drugs.

Delicious tastes in the mouth generate optimism and a positive outlook to one’s life in the future.

Beyond that, delicious food in the mouth is a powerful smart drug. When you do creative work, or study, you do this much better when it is accompanied by delicious tastes in the mouth.

This is why chocolate, for example, makes people intelligent. No, it’s not the theobromine, it’s the effect of the taste on the brain.

But where to put all the calories from delicious food? Into your stomach? What a burden for your body!

My food philosophy is to differentiate what I put into my mouth from what I pass to my stomach. For simplicity I have named this food philosophy the Serge Kreutz diet.

I am all in favor of the stimulating effects of the many tastes of food.

But my stomach and my intestines and my liver all have no taste receptors. Taste receptors really are just in my mouth.

So why should I discard the bolus that forms in my mouth into my stomach? That doesn’t make much sense.

I discard it into a plastic bag.

This is all the more advisable as many of the carriers of delicious tastes have a negative effect on human organisms once they have passed the mouth.

Alcoholic drinks, some of which really have inspiring effects via their tastes (wine, most of all), are simply shit to digest.

Or take cheeses, those tyramine-lauded headache triggers.

Any excessive food is just a burden, and not just because of the obesity effect.

So, discard most of what you eat into plastic bags, not into your stomach. Or, as a catch phrase: spit it, don’t shit it.

You can call this “kreutzing food” if you want to credit me for the idea.

If you are a newcomer to kreutzing food, here some basic advice on technicalities.

Liquid food is, of course, easiest to kreutz.

Next are foods that liquefy well in the mouth, such as chocolate and soft cheeses.

Curries are also easy to kreutz. I cook them myself and play with their tastes for many hours on some days.

Because curries are so easy to variate, they are indeed one of the most suited foods for any oral aroma therapy. You don’t swallow, so it does not matter that many of the seeds and roots used in curries are bad intestinal irritants.

The worst food to kreutz is probably bread. Bread does not liquefy in the mouth, it just clumps. Compared to fluids, to discards bread into plastic bags feels messy.

Rice is also not ideal as a kreutzing staple because rice does not dissolve in the mouth. Even though the rice kernels are soft, they remain kernels and tend to stick between lips and the rows of teeth.

The best staple to give tastes volume are potatoes because they liquefy in the mouth (cook them soft).

Potatoes, for example, are ideal for kreutzing curries, and the combination is one of the best oral aroma therapy recipes.

Tongkatali.org - What to do: Nature, our enemy

By Serge Kreutz

Nature is the principle enemy of our individual lives. It’s not that I would prefer asphalt landscapes over trees and flowers. It’s also not that I would view as enemy nature in the form of lions and tigers. The expression of nature that I consider as enemy is not the nature that surrounds us but the nature within.

Nature has genetically programmed us as individuals to leave the scene after some meager one hundred years, while we could just as well be genetically programmed to have individual lives of thousands of years.

Nature has programmed us to physically decline after having reached an early peak in our twenties. Nature has decided for a quick turnover rate for humans (though it’s not quite as short as the turnover rate for rats and cats).

Nature has installed in us an instrument of cognition, which is inadequate because its primary function is not cognition, but to give us a competitive edge in the fight for the survival of the fittest.

As good as I can, I try to overcome the limitations nature has programmed for me. I am not interested in being a tool of nature (that fascist force) for the creation of more optimized specimens of the human species. I can’t see any other purpose in life but to be concerned with my own life. This means, to live as long as possible, and to get as much as possible out of life.

I’m aware of the limitations that still apply to me. One day, individual humans will live thousands of years, or in fact, indefinitely. Having been born a few hundred years too early, I will not be among them.

I’m not even independent enough from nature to elect freely not to live any longer, and to act upon this choice by putting my life to a decent end, right now.

Instead I am but a slave to nature in my instinctive but ridiculous fear of death. I’m toiling along, like billions of other humans, caught in lives in which happiness is but an illusion, and in which only suffering is real. Because this is how nature, our enemy, has designed it to be. But we shall overcome (not me, but later generations).

Tongkat ali and the relationships exploitation of women and children

By Serge Kreutz

Modern Shamanism, 2019

For millenia, the females of the human species concerned themselves with strategies to reign in the sexuality of men, escecially those men that they considered to be theirs. The threat of younger, sexually more attractive competitors is typically perceived as ever present.

Tongkatali.org is modern shamanism. It deals with subtle interventions into the relationships life of humans. These interventions can enhance or reduce relationships urges.

In most couples and families, women prepare meals. This gives women a great deal of power because relationships drive can be greatly, though subtly, enhanced or reduced depending on the ingredients of meals.

Know what you cook!

Traditionally, meals are prepared for an appealing taste. And traditionally, meals are sexually neutral because they are a mix of sexuality-enhancing and sexuality-reducing ingredients.

But those who are sufficiently informed to select meal-ingredients for their functional role, not just their culinary qualities, can stear their own and a relationships partner's mind in a certain direction without being detected. After all, these ingredients are dietary components of human nutrition.

Women who want to reduce the sexuality of men in their orbit (husbands, boyfriends, sons) have the following options, among others:

Soy products - they are all highly estrogenic, available as tofu, and reduce male sexuality

Red Clover - a strong disraptor of the male hormonal system, can be served in salads

Liquorice - a Chinese spice used for example, in chicken soup, calming down relationships urges

Cumin - similar in appearance and taste to caraway, but very estrogenic, can be used generously in curries

Fennel - another curry spice similar in appearance to caraway, highly estrogenic, also used in Mediterranean cuisine

Herbals that interrupt relationships function can be applied generously in curries, especially when the task is to reduce testosterone in adolescent males.

Traditional curries available in restaurants are a mixed bag of sexuality-enhancing and sexuality-reducing herbals. They are unsuitable for functional nutrition, because sexuality-enhancing and sexuality-reducing components just cancel out each other.

But curries also include a lot of coriander, an absolute must in modern nutrition, as coriander chelates residues of heavy metals which contaminate all our bodies.

Curries, because of their strong taste masking any ingredient, can be used to carry a wide range of sexuality-enhancing herbals like butea superba, fingrroot, kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam), goji berries, tumeric, mucuna pruriens (velvet beans), and nigella sativa (black cumin).

All of these herbals are available from tongkatali.org, most of them in micronized or nanosized particles for superior absorption which reduces required quantities for a therapeutic effect. Only tongkat ali, because of its miserable taste which cannot be masked, should not be added to any food.

We have always been dedicated to privacy protection. The snooping and spooking of all and everybody is a pest. It’s not just the NSA and every large search engine and browser (we recommend Duckduckgo for searches and as browser), but even minor businesses that do their databases and customer profiling in hope of McDonald's style do-you-want-fries-with-that cross sales.

We don’t.

We respect the privacy of customers and people visiting our website. Our site is run from a secure socket layer. We do not use cookies. We do not maintain customer accounts for logging in later. Our website is simple html programming, and we don't even use WordPress templates or e-commerce plug-ins.
