On our English pages, you often see the word "relationships". This is just sanitized language. On our English pages, "relationships" refers to what couples, when not sleeping, do in bed. Or, if so inclined, on the kitchen table.

English is a rather hypocritical language. Many words for natural bodily functions and processes have dirty connotations, and polite speakers like us have to go to considerable length to communicate meanings without naming them. But we nevertheless hope you get the point.

Tongkatali.org's Arbitrary moral values

By Serge Kreutz

The moral values of current democratic societies may be of a more gentle kind than those of slave-holding Rome or Melanesian cannibals. But we better be prepared that the moral values that are commonly accepted today will feel as outmoded to humans who live a few hundred years from now as the moral values of slave-holding Rome or Melanesian cannibals feel outmoded to most people now.

Comparing the complexity of the law applied in modern societies with the relative simplicity of the law of primitive societies, we can conclude that today’s moral values are more sophisticated. But the more sophisticated moral values become, the more difficult it becomes to recognize that they are just as arbitrary as simple moral values.

With no quantity of arbitrary moral values, and not by creating ever more complex ethical and legal systems, will we be able to overcome the most basic dilemma: that there is no philosophical or biological basis why any kind or form of ethics should be preferable in principle to any other kind or form, or, for that matter, to the absence of all kinds or forms of ethics.

But while there may not be a philosophical or biological basis, there may well be a practical basis for prefering a complex and gentle ethical system over a more simple and brutal one: many people rather live in a peaceful society than a violent one.

The nihilistic negation of all values is, among other grounds, based on the fact that the individual lives of each of us will definitely end with each of our individual deaths. No rebirth, no afterlife. Each of us just occupies the surface of this planet for a moment in time. When we are dead, we are gone forever.

It doesn’t matter whether we were “good” or “bad”. When we are dead, there will be no reward and no punishment. But for as long as we do occupy the surface of this planet, it makes sense to stay out of trouble. It is only natural that we do not want to become the victims of so-called crime, and that we do not want to become the victims of so-called justice, being incarcerated by authorities, or murdered by the institutions of states that do believe in ethical values.

There is no philosophical reason why we should not just commit suicide. Actually, it would be a wise thing to do, if only we could be guided by what we consider wise. But we are not built to commit suicide; it contradicts our genetic make-up, and would negate the biological reality that only those forms of life that strive to be alive will propagate.

As a product of the eternal fight for survival, we have a psychological barrier against terminating our lives, a psychological barrier that is very difficult to overcome even by those who are guided by the nihilistic recognition that being dead at this very time would be preferable over being alive.

In our indefinitely short lives, I can see only one occupation, which is worthwhile to be pursued: optimal relationships satisfaction. Every other endeavor really is but a ridiculous waste of time.

I am basically free of criminal inclinations as related to relationships conduct. I do not rape women.

I say that I am basically, with emphasis on “basically”, free of criminal inclinations as related to relationships conduct, because such an assertion obviously depends on the laws of specific countries; my numerous relationships relationships outside of wedlock would be considered criminal conduct in much of the Muslim world.

But while I am basically free of criminal relationships inclinations, my relationships inclinations do contradict that part of the ethics of Western democratic societies that is not coded in law. Sometimes I like to have a different relationships partner. Now, even if I can solve the logistical problem associated with such desires without overstepping the boundaries of the law, I will not be able to fit such behavior into the body of modern ethics (the ethics that, at least publicly, guide Western democratic societies).

Furthermore, I am more open towards using the leverage afforded by a difference of wealth between a relationships-seeking male and a sought-after female than mainstream Western ethics would consider polite.

Would I change my relationships inclinations if they were outlawed? This question is essentially wrong. I am committed not to break any law, as I do not intend to waste my life in a prison. On the other hand, I do everything to settle at locations where my relationships conduct is not in conflict with the law.

Based on what I believe to be a conclusive, nihilistic view of the world, my relationships desires, and their optimal satisfaction, are the only thing that is absolute in my life.

I am aware of the philosophical dilemma of a person who has relationships inclinations that are considered criminal in the country were he lives. His (or, theoretically, her) relationships desires may be of a nature that, by current common definition, produces victims. If no violence is involved, and there actually is consent, the same relationships conduct probably wasn’t considered criminal in his own country’s past.

Butea superba, tongkat ali, and how to return optimism to your life

By Serge Kreutz

When we were teenagers, anything went.

In our 20s, we felt on top of the world. The future was ours, and we were excited.

In our 30s, we experienced the onset of maturity. We knew we were better at many things then either those younger, or those older.

In our 40s, midlife crisis. A sense that we are beyond our zenith in many things, not just physical attractiveness, or physical strength.

So now what?

Resign to one's fate? Turn to alcohol or drugs. I can understand such choices. Going to die anyway, so at least let's feel good and easy (as long as those substances still elevate our feeling).

No my cup of coffee, though.

Of course, I also think: Going to die anyway. Let's have some fun as long as I can.

But for me, no drug or alcohol can match the kick I get out of having relationships, being engulfed in desire, exploding in an orgasm, and relaxing into the deep void.

For me, optimism is just another word for a realistic expectation that there will still be great relationships on the road ahead.

But how to feed such confidence?

First of all there has to be relationships desire.

Now, from numerous communications with people during midlife crisis and beyond, I know that relationships desire is not guaranteed to be there as it was in our teens and twenties.

It is a step in the right direction that there is so much porn on the Internet. This overall elevates relationships desire, and gives people a sense in their lives.

Tongkatali.org's The future of time travel, and this is how it will be done

By Serge Kreutz

Contrary to what Einstein proclaimed, time is not an illusion. The linearity of time may actually be the only constant of physics accross multiple universes.

Time travel nevertheless is a reality. But not with a technology that would propel matter at velocities faster than the speed of light. Because matter desintegrates long before it moves that fast.

On the other hand, information is really comfortable at that rate of movement. Because information in every computer travels at the speed of electricity, which is the speed of light.

Time travel doesn’t move matter backwards on a scale of linearity. Time travel resolves matter into information and transfers it to a current position.

A peculiarity of time is that while monodirectional linear, it is of endless width. The number of events that can happen simultaneously is unlimited.

So, whenever time travel copies and reconstructs a reality of the past based entirely on information for the time traveler to be inserted, this then creates a parallel now, with its own future, in its own universe.

To answer Stephen Hawkins question as to where the tourists from the future are: well, time travel isn’t round trip journeys. Once a past time that has been recaptured and transformed in a present time, in its new universe, the time traveler cannot normally be aware of a future in the universe from where he departed, and he can’t go back there. Rather, the new parallel universe has its own future. No grandfather paradox here.

However, for humans who already have arrived in the future, traveling to the past may not be an attractive option. What would that be good for? Sightseeing? There are better technologies for this purpose, with predictable outcome, such as 3D history tours. Time travel into the past robs any individual of the amenities of the future, including time travel technologies.

But at the core, time travel is the same as modifying the past for a better present. Not as Orwellian propaganda, but for real.

Because any time the past is modified, the presence is a new bubble universe, with its own, distinct future.

Tongkatali.org's What is hunger?

By Serge Kreutz

Yes, on a physiological scale, hunger is the lack of nutrition.

But this article deals only with the psychological aspects of hunger.

Hunger is a sensation of desire for food.

Most people who did not bother to think much about hunger believe it is a sensation of the stomach being empty.

Indeed, the stomach does, via hormonal pathways, send signals to the neural system, conveying the message that the body should be loaded with some nutrition.

But while the digestive system does have its fairly well developed autonomous “brain”, its cognitive capabilities are indeed minimal.

To see the effects of “digestive-system brain” control, just look around you: obesity everywhere!

But because your “digestive-system brain” is such an idiot, you can easily trick and fool it.

Hunger signals from your digestive system can easily be controlled by just drinking a few glasses of water.

But hunger isn’t a sensation of your stomach only. It is also a sensation of your cranial nervous system.

Independently from stomach and intestine load, or blood sugar levels, hunger is a desire for pleasant tastes in your mouth.

This is why for somebody whose food supply is not limited by economic constraints, a diet of bland food is more likely to make him or her fat than a diet of tasty food. The brain’s hunger for taste will not be satisfied by bland food, even in large quantities.

It is a basic concept of the Serge Kreutz diet that you can satisfy both types of hunger (digestive system hunger and brain hunger) separately, and to have your nutritional intake not controlled by either.

According to the Serge Kreutz diet, your nutritional intake is decided upon solely and entirely by your intellect: your scientific knowledge about the nutrition resulting in optimal health as well as optimal aesthetic appearance.

As for the digestive system beyond the mouth: supply it with ample of water to avoid unwanted sensations of emptiness beyond what it gets from the food your intellect permits it to contain. (Your intellect should make sure that the supplied food is sufficiently bulking; choose nuts for this.)

And now, the hunger for taste. The term appetite doesn’t cover this sensation completely because the term is too superficial.

According to the Serge Kreutz diet, you can and should satisfy the hunger for taste at will. You should do it extensively because of the immensely positive effect on both, your mood and your intellectual capabilities.

Just make sure your treat this hunger independently from your stomach and gut. What food you enjoy for its taste should have no bearing on your nutritional intake.

After chewing and rolling delicious food and drink in your mouth, discard it into a plastic bag, not your esophagus.

Using this simple technique, you can enjoy optimal satisfaction from food, and at the same time have an appearance as aesthetic as the one of a ballet dancer.

Tongkatali.org's integrated male relationships success

By Serge Kreutz

Tongkatali.org provides an integrated service for male success, with a focus on East and Southeast Asia. Male success has a lot to do with male sexual success. Tongkatali.org sells sexuality-enhancing herbals with a proven scientific track record. This is our core operation.

But apart from that, Tongkatali.org is dedicated to the sexual success of our customers on a much wider scope.

Tongkatali.org, for example, offers consultation to customers on dental work and cosmetic surgery in Southeast Asia. This service is free for our customers, and can save them a lot of money and protect them from some bad experiences as well.

We often refer to our customers as members. For more than a decade, we have run formal memberships via sergekreutz.com. There were sexual function memberships and sexual opportunities memberships, both priced separately at 250 US dollars each. We have discontinued these, because there simply are too many phony consultation services around which use the same language.

As it stands now, anything related to information is free for members of Tongkatali.org (membership is automatic for those with an order history of 1000 US dollars or more for tangible items, mostly sexuality-enhancing herbals.

Some men are in lifelong exclusive sexual relationships. We respect and congratulate customers to whom this applies.

Most men are not made of such timber. Most men, and a large number of our members, have a profound interest in sexual variety.

For these men, if they are Westerners, East Asia has a lot to offer. Not only is the East Asian approach to physical relationships much more down-to-earth and open to negotiations. The age of men is also of much less relevance, if of any.

Tongkatali.org and Serge Kreutz started out in the early 1980s (around 40 years ago!) with travel guides on Southeast Asia. Unlike standard travel guides, these travel guides already did cover physical relationships. Travel guides nowadays never touch this topic.

Little has changed in Asia in 40 years. Of course, there are better roads, and now there is Internet. And immigration has become more complicated. But the mentality of the people up-country has changed amazingly little.

For members, Tongkatali.org provides free lifestyle advice, tailored for Western men considering moving to East Asia to achieve better physical relationships.

There is more. Tongkatali.org also trades domain names, and our members can rent unique motorhomes designed for Southeast Asian weather and infrastructure. These motorhomes are suited for couples or families going for extended holidays in Southeast Asia, and also for unattached men roaming isolated areas for physical adventures. Mind you: in Asia, the further away you get from modern, urban centers, the better your relationships will be.

Standardised water‐soluble extract of Eurycoma longifolia, Tongkat ali, as testosterone booster for managing men with late‐onset hypogonadism?

M. I. B. M. Tambi M. K. Imran R. R. Henkel

Summary

In most countries, millions of people are relying on herbal medicines as remedy for numerous ailments. In South‐East Asia, Eurycoma longifolia Jack, also known as ‘Malaysian ginseng’ or Tongkat ali, is used to combat stress and disease and to improve physical strength. Moreover, the compounds of the roots of this plant are reported to have aphrodisiac and testosterone enhancing effects in the rat. Considering that human studies are not available, 76 of 320 patients suffering from late‐onset hypogonadism (LOH) were given 200 mg of a standardised water‐soluble extract of Tongkat ali for 1 month. The Ageing Males’ Symptoms (AMS) according to the standardised rating scale and the serum testosterone concentration were taken. Results show that treatment of LOH patients with this Tongkat ali extract significantly (P < 0.0001) improved the AMS score as well as the serum testosterone concentration. While before treatment only 10.5% of the patients did not show any complaint according to the AMS scale and 35.5% had normal testosterone levels, after the completed treatment 71.7% and 90.8% of the patients showed normal values, respectively. Thus, Tongkat ali extract appears to be useful as a supplement in overcoming the symptoms of LOH and for the management of hypogonadism.

Anabolic steroids

A simple truth is that most women find athletic men sexy. Another simple truth is that without anabolic steroids, any man is unlikely to achieve a dream physique.

It's up to you to decide on anabolic steroids. There are side effects which may be light or severe, depending on an anabolic steroids regimen.

Steroids usually shut down the body's own synthesis of androgenic hormones. This can impact several parameters of sexual function.

Your best bet against steroids-induced hormonal dysfunction is to keep your hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis active by stimulating it with generous dosages of butea superba extract, up to 10 grams per day.
